Victoria Mpistolarides focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and immigration matters. In her litigation practice, she represents corporate and individual clients in a broad range of disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, consumer protection, and real estate matters. She has served as co-chair trial counsel and has experience managing discovery, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, preparing witnesses, and contributing to trial strategy.
Victoria also maintains an active immigration practice. She advises and represents clients in both employment-based and humanitarian immigration matters, including immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, permanent residence, and asylum claims. She provides immigration-related guidance to individuals and families as well as organizations navigating workforce and compliance challenges. Her work spans agency filings before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, appearances in Chicago Immigration Court, and counseling employers on immigration considerations during business transactions.
Her commitment to immigration advocacy also extends to pro bono work, where she co-chaired an asylum merits hearing for an LGBTQ asylum seeker and secured adjustment of status for an Afghan client fleeing persecution. In recognition of this work, she was honored as one of Kilpatrick Townsend’s 2024–2025 Pro Bono Associates of the Year.
In addition to her practice, Victoria has consecutively served on the Board of the Filipino American Lawyers Association of Chicago and was selected as a Fellow of the 2024–2025 NFALA Leadership Academy, where she has moderated a national panel on professional development and diversity in the legal profession.
She earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, where she was a member of the Sports Law Journal and held leadership positions in the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and the Entertainment and Sports Law Society.
Victoria has been recognized in the 2026 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for her high-caliber work in Commercial Litigation.
