Carolina Rodriguez counsels clients in the various areas of wealth preservation, asset protection, and estate planning and administration. She provides individuals, families, and business owners with thoughtful and intentional estate and succession plans for long term peace of mind.
Prior to joining the firm, Carolina was an associate and member of the Trusts and Estate Planning team in the Business and Corporate Practice Group at a law firm based in Chicago, Illinois where she focused her practice on trust and estate planning (from simple to highly complex), probate estate and trust administration, and providing clients with strategic business formation advice.
While attending law school, Carolina served as a law clerk at law firms located in both Chicago, Illinois and Miami, Florida where she acquired in-depth experience in the area of estate planning and administration, as well as insurance litigation. Carolina was also a member of the 2019-2020 Loyola ALA Moot Court Team.
While attending Florida State University, Carolina served as a summer legal intern at a multicultural corporate and commercial law firm based in Sydney, Australia.
