Kristin Strojan focuses her practice on trademark and copyright law. Her practice encompasses the full spectrum of international portfolio management for high-profile brands, ranging from counseling, clearance, and prosecution to enforcement and strategic brand protection. Kristin’s diverse client base spans a wide array of industries, including technology, social media, entertainment, apparel, and sporting goods. She cultivates strong client relationships by understanding business objectives and delivering actionable guidance on a wide range of IP issues.
Before joining the firm, Kristin served as in-house counsel at a leading sports equipment manufacturer where she led comprehensive global IP clearance, prosecution, maintenance, enforcement, and anti-counterfeiting programs. Her background also includes prosecution and litigation experience at two international law firms and and a trademark boutique.
While attending law school, Kristin served as a judicial extern for the Honorable David R. Thompson in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
In 2023, Kristin received Casa Cornelia’s "Pro Bono Publico Award" for her outstanding pro bono contributions in seeking and obtaining asylum for the firm's client, a young boy from Afghanistan who fled to the U.S. after the Taliban returned to power.

Global trademark portfolio management, clearance, and enforcement for leading technology and software company whose products and services are used worldwide in diversified industries, including providing strategic advice, management and integration relating to acquired portfolios.
Represented plaintiff in a declaratory relief action for non-infringement and genericness and counterclaim defendant for trademark infringement action filed by an American multi-national cosmetics and skincare company resulting in favorable settlement for client after successfully defensing numerous motions at the pleadings stage.
Represented plaintiff in trademark infringement case involving trademark and trade dress claims resulting in global settlement favorable to client.
