How Do I Know What My Company's IP is Worth?
Corporate counsel face a variety of complex issues relating to their company's intellectual property, including, enforcement, protection, purchase/sale/licensing and supply chain issues, among others. This presentation provides corporate counsel with the tools to understand how to value the intellectual property at issue and how to use those same valuation tools to determine the best course of action from a financial perspective. Attendees will gain an understanding of the opportunities and threats that can arise in the intellectual property context and how to assess the impact of such opportunities and threats on a company's bottom line.
Speakers:
Marc Lieberstein, Esq., Partner, Kilpatrick Townsend LLP
