Partner Brent Brougher and associate Virginia Duke were featured speakers at the 2015 ACC Georgia Value Challenge: "Reduced Spending. Better Outcomes. Increased Predictability." Kilpatrick Townsend served as a sponsor of the all-day CLE event. Mr. Brougher and Ms. Duke presented a session titled, “Navigating an Insurance Coverage Dispute – Obtaining Insurance Coverage in Commercial Litigation Where You Wouldn’t Expect It.”
The ACC-GA Value Challenge event, benefiting the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta, combines CLE presentations and breakout sessions that encourage in-house counsel to discuss best practices for connecting the value and the cost of legal services. The Value Challenge sees participation from a wide array of in-house attorneys from metro-Atlanta based corporations.
