Specifically, we focus on four areas: (i) existing federal and state cyber security regulations; (ii) developing federal and state cyber security legislation and the regulatory appetite for such regulation; and (iii) private sector responses; and (iv) cyber insurance. The presentation also discusses best practices for community banks, including board responsibilities, establishing a cyber-security program and information sharing.
