Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) Workshop
Kilpatrick is pleased to offer a unique workshop opportunity for attendees of the conference and members of the HBS ETA Club. The workshop is designed to demystify a critical legal document necessary in every searcher’s early endeavors: the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM). The PPM workshop will be led by Kilpatrick attorneys, Brian Axelrad and Ati Khatri, who lead Kilpatrick’s ETA/Search Fund practice and also bring extensive experience in corporate transactions generally.
Consisting of three parts, the PPM workshop will cover the following topics:
- a background and overview of PPMs;
- the nuts and bolts of a PPM; and
- pitfalls, lessons learned and FAQs.
