The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) is tasked with stopping the importation of infringing goods into the United States. With expedited schedules and esoteric procedures, the ITC provides comparatively fast justice for aggrieved intellectual property owners. And the ITC today is more popular than ever. This session will provide a brief overview of ITC practice, as well as highlight recent trends and decisions that have impacted practice before this unique federal agency.

CLE Credit
