Kilpatrick Townsend's Rich Christiansen is pleased to present on ethical obligations and intellectual property. The ethical obligations of attorneys are constantly evolving and violation of those ethical obligations can have draconian consequences. Ethical obligations become particularly complex in the in-house environment where the attorney-client relationship becomes blurred. This presentation focuses on key ethical issues relating to intellectual property impacting in-house attorneys. This session includes both a lecture and a group exercise evaluating ethical obligations arising in fictionalized scenarios.

Disclaimer
While we are pleased to have you contact us by telephone, surface mail, electronic mail, or by facsimile transmission, contacting Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP or any of its attorneys does not create an attorney-client relationship.
