This session will describe current enforcement trends for federal crimes impacting technology and IP, including corporate espionage, trade secret theft and breaches of research security and integrity. The last portion of the program will focus on how technology companies and others can succeed when working with the government to prove they have been victimized in crimes like these and deserve the special role the judicial system assigns to victims.
