Insights: News Three Kilpatrick Townsend Attorneys Named 2019 Client Choice Award Winners
SAN FRANCISCO (February 19) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that James “Jamie” Isbester, Gwen Peterson, and Mehrnaz Boroumand Smith were named winners of the 2019 Client Choice Award, an annual award that recognizes law firm partners around the world who distinguish themselves by providing clients with outstanding care and service.
Established in 2005, the Client Choice Awards are the result of an extensive survey of in-house corporate counsel. Individual lawyers and law firms are rated on client service criteria including quality of legal advice, commercial awareness, industry knowledge, strategic thinking, billing transparency, tailored fee structures, value for money, responsiveness, effective communication, clarity of documentation, sharing of expertise, appropriate staffing, project management, use of technology, loyalty, and ethics.
The results of the survey help narrow down award candidates to a shortlist for each work area. The research team then conducts follow-up interviews and additional research where necessary. This year, Client Choice recognized 369 winners across 67 jurisdictions worldwide, including 160 winners across 30 U.S. states and four Canadian provinces.
