Insights: News Kilpatrick Recognized as Significant Player for India-Related Work; Sonia Baldia Also Named to IBLJ’s 2026 International A-List
WASHINGTON, D.C. (August 13) – India Business Law Journal (IBLJ) has named Kilpatrick a 2026 Significant Player in the 20th edition of its Top Foreign Firms report, IBLJ’s annual survey identifying leading international law firms for their expertise and impact on India-related matters.
Earlier this year, IBLJ also once again named Sonia Baldia, a partner in Kilpatrick’s Washington, D.C. office, to its 2026 International A-List, recognizing the most-recommended India-focused lawyers at international law firms. The recognition is based on the collective views of in-house counsel and private practice lawyers worldwide.
Ms. Baldia advises U.S. and Indian companies on complex cross-border technology, commercial and investment matters, including global expansion, market entry, outsourcing, strategic transactions and supply chain arrangements. Dual-qualified in the United States and India, she brings deep experience navigating the legal, commercial and operational issues that arise in doing business across the two markets.
