Nancy L. Stagg is a Partner in Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP’s San Diego office. Ms. Stagg’s practice focuses primarily on the defense of consumer class actions and she heads Kilpatrick’s Class Actions team in California. She is also a co-leader of Kilpatrick’s Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Governance practice. She also handles a wide variety of complex commercial, employment and intellectual property litigation, including trade secret theft litigation.
