ON DEMAND
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) was effective on January 1, 2020, yet many organizations are still unsure whether this law applies to them and what steps they should take to comply. As the California Attorney General works to finalize the CCPA regulations, speakers provide insight on how you can start preparing now. They highlight certain aspects of the CCPA that are relevant to the retail and consumer goods industry, such as whether you might have to provide privacy notices in paper in stores, and also examine pending legislation in other states.
