The CLE Program is presented by the NYSBA Intellectual Property Law Section and this panel will explore the basics of NFTs, and provide practical background information on what they are, how they work, related IP and technology, various examples of emerging NFT markets, and NFTs already in use. This panel will also touch on the industries and markets that are currently embracing NFTs, how they are subsequently being transformed, as well as related intellectual property and international legal issues and implications. Understanding the basics will not only assist attorneys to competently evaluate the legal concerns facing clients, but will also help attorneys to keep abreast of the benefits and risks associated with NFTs as they impact IP related services provided by legal professionals.

While we are pleased to have you contact us by telephone, surface mail, electronic mail, or by facsimile transmission, contacting Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP or any of its attorneys does not create an attorney-client relationship. The formation of an attorney-client relationship requires consideration of multiple factors, including possible conflicts of interest. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when both you and the Firm have agreed to proceed with a defined engagement.
