Anthony Bähr is an experienced lawyer specialized in M&A, real estate transactions, and commercial agreements and is a member of Kilpatrick’s Real Estate and Transactions practice group.
Anthony has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting contracts and regularly assists both Swedish and international clients in navigating through complex transactions. In addition to providing transaction advice, Anthony continuously assists clients on real estate-related and corporate law matters as well as commercial agreements.
