Lisa Chung is a registered patent agent who focuses her practice on drafting and prosecuting patent applications across a sophisticated technology portfolio. Holding both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Chemistry, her technical expertise spans semiconductor fabrication and packaging, memory devices, optoelectronics, medical devices, and advanced chemical compositions. Lisa is skilled in providing freedom-to-operate analyses, portfolio strategy, and cross-border coordination with inventors worldwide.
Prior to joining the firm, Lisa worked as an associate at a premier full-service law firm in Taipei, Taiwan where she drafted, reviewed, and prosecuted patents for Taiwan’s largest innovators as well as several large corporations internationally. Previously, she was a patent engineer at a prestigious intellectual property law firm in Taipei, Taiwan where she managed a team of 12 professionals in drafting patent specifications for the U.S., Greater China, and Taiwan jurisdictions. Throughout her years in the IP industry, Lisa actively supported the firm's global business development initiatives. She frequently traveled with senior leadership to engage directly with both current and prospective clients, cultivating the enduring relationships that drove innovation.
Lisa is a bilingual speaker of Mandarin Chinese and English.
