Andréa Danziger serves as the firm’s first Director of Lateral Success, a role established as part of the firm’s Strategic Plan to build a comprehensive approach to lateral onboarding, integration, engagement, and retention. Andréa oversees the firm’s lateral integration function and spearheaded the development of a robust integration program with an emphasis on structured networking and relationship building, client development support, and cultural integration. As the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for lateral partners, Andréa facilitates connections across the firm in support of lateral success. Andréa is an ICF-credentialed Associate Certified Coach and utilizes her professional coaching experience to help partners navigate change and realize their career goals.
Andréa works with the firm’s department and team leadership in developing tailored integration plans and measuring and reporting on their success. She also participates in special projects for the Firm Chair, the Executive Committee, and the Chief Operating Officer.
Previously, Andréa served as the firm’s Department Operating Officer (DOO) for the Intellectual Property (IP) Department and was responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of the department. Before that, Andréa was Director of Practice Management for the Litigation Department of an AmLaw 100 firm where she oversaw daily operations, strategic planning, leadership development, and financial management and served as chief business advisor to the department and practice group leaders. Prior to that, she was the Director of Business Development and Practice Management at another large law firm. Earlier in her career, Andréa practiced trademark law at a global law firm and in-house for the licensing unit of a major sports league.
