Nikita Desai helps clients with complex commercial litigation matters, including business disputes, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and breaches of contract. Nikita is experienced in all stages of litigation, including pre-litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice, arbitration, and mediation. Nikita works with clients in a range of industries, helping them achieve successful outcomes that align with their business and personal goals.
Prior to joining the firm, Nikita was an associate in the Litigation Group at HMB Legal Counsel, a well-established, corporate-focused law firm based in Chicago, Illinois where her practice focused on commercial litigation. Previously, Nikita was an assistant public defender in the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office where she regularly represented clients in court, managing their case from start to finish.
