Jack DeWinter is a member of the firm’s commercial finance team. He focuses on a diverse array of financing transactions, assisting clients on a broad spectrum of deals including syndicated lending transactions, leveraged acquisitions, and mezzanine/second lien structured lending.
While attending Emory University School of Law, Jack served as a judicial extern in the Georgia State-wide Business Court, a legal extern at an Atlanta-based law firm, and a compliance intern in the Atlanta, Georgia headquarters of a global investment firm. He served as a research assistant for Professors Polly Price and Michael Broyde. Jack was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Emory International Law Review.
