Emilia Eye works primarily in dispute resolution as well as construction and consultancy law. She has extensive experience in advising Swedish and international clients within the framework of extensive construction and infrastructure projects. Emilia works both with ongoing project advice and as counsel in arbitration proceedings and court disputes.
Emilia has represented a variety of clients in the construction industry, including turnkey contractors, and subcontractors and consultants, both in Sweden and internationally.
Emilia's project experience includes industrial plants, water treatment plants, hydropower plants, energy storage facilities, natural gas pipelines, schools, and commercial buildings. She also has experience in drawing up and reviewing contracts, mainly in the construction industry.
