Robin Fazel focuses his practice on construction law and dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in dealing with commercial disputes before general courts as well as in international and domestic arbitration proceedings. He has acted as legal counsel in a wide range of disputes, including disputes relating to the financial sector, M&A-disputes, construction disputes, proceedings relating to EU and competition law, disputes in the pharmaceuticals sector, insolvency proceedings, contentious regulatory matters, disputes in the gaming industry, transport disputes, and other types of commercial disputes.
