Michael Ferguson focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael was an associate at a global law firm in its New York City office where he represented large corporations and distributors and concentrated his practice on complex commercial and securities litigation matters.
While attending law school, Michael served as an extern in the Georgia Legal Services Program where he represented indigent clients with a variety of their civil needs. He also served on the Managing Board as Articles Editor for the Virginia Law and Business Review and was a member of the State and Local Government Policy Clinic where he assisted in the passage of two bills addressing emergency mental health custody into Virginia law.
