Elvira Ferrarini specializes in construction law and primarily works with construction and consultancy law as well as dispute resolution. She has several years of experience advising clients on a wide range of construction projects, mainly on the employer’s side, and represents both public and private entities. Elvira is regularly engaged in the drafting and review of construction contracts and provides ongoing legal advice throughout project execution. She also acts as counsel in construction disputes.
In addition, Elvira has advised employers, contractors, and consultants, and her clients include municipalities, municipal companies, private limited companies, and listed real estate companies.
