Gabby Franco focuses her practice on copyright and trademark law.
While attending the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, Gabby worked with the firm as a summer associate in 2023 and 2024. She was a Staff Editor for Volume 97 and an Articles Editor for Volume 98 of the Southern California Law Review. Gabby also served as a Legal Writing Fellow, teaching legal writing and advocacy to first-year law students, and a member of the Advanced Mediation Clinic, mediating federal discrimination cases filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Prior to launching her legal career, Gabby taught English to elementary school students in Huelva, Spain while working remotely for a U.S.-based music technology start-up.
While attending the University of Michigan, Gabby booked artists for an international music events company, served as a Research Fellow for a global development non-profit, and worked as an Administrative Assistant at an employment law firm.
Gabby is conversant in Spanish.
