Roger Huang focuses his practice on international trademark, copyright, and unfair competition law. As a dual-qualified attorney in the United States and China, Roger advises global clients on navigating complex intellectual property enforcement and prosecution matters in China.
Prior to joining the firm, Roger was an associate at an international IP law firm and a leading IP boutique in China, where he developed and implemented strategic legal solutions for numerous Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries, including fashion and luxury goods, energy, consumer goods, food and beverage, toys, and publishing. As a licensed litigator in China, he has achieved multiple key lawsuit victories, securing damages in the millions of RMB. Certain case has been recognized as model case by the Quality Brands Protection Committee (QBPC).
Roger additionally has hands-on experience with criminal and regulatory matters in China, where he has represented clients as lead counsel before government agencies (including Public Security Bureau, Customs, and Market Supervision Administration), courts, and procuratorates.
Roger is a native speaker of Mandarin and Cantonese and is fluent in English.
