Sanja Lindberg specializes in commercial tenancy law and real estate law. She devotes a large part of her business to ongoing legal advice and contract writing. Sanja also has extensive experience in procedural law and regularly represents both Swedish and international real estate funds and leading real estate companies in civil cases in rent tribunals and in general courts.
Sanja advises on all matters relating to tenancy law and real estate law, such as negotiations on terms of leases and related agreements for both landlords and tenants, terminations and renegotiations of leases, mediation before the rent tribunal, lease issues, valuation issues, etc., as well as disputes concerning such issues.
Sanja regularly holds courses in commercial tenancy law for several leading course organizers. She also participates in the Swedish Bar Association's consultation work on new legislation in the field of tenancy and lease law.
