Sohail Merchant joined Kilpatrick in 2002 and currently serves as the firm’s Director of Business Intelligence. He is responsible for all the Firm’s AI Initiatives including setting up an in-house AI Platform that is integrated with the Firm’s Document Management System. He is also responsible for leveraging data and tech-driven capabilities to develop, implement, and oversee strategic initiatives that propel growth and maximize the firm’s profitability. This includes ensuring data security and compliance, overseeing data warehouse architecture and design, and managing the integration of innovative technologies and tools.
Sohail has many years of experience in law firm technology along with an in-depth technical background. He is a result driven, business, and people-oriented technologist with a customer service focus and an innovative approach to (re)aligning business and information technology goals.
Sohail is fluent in Urdu.
