Darshini “Darsh” Nair focuses her practice on representing businesses in various corporate and finance transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate governance.
Prior to joining the firm, Darsh was a corporate associate in the Atlanta, Georgia office of a leading southeast regional law firm in its transactional group where she focused her practice on corporate governance, private equity, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and affordable housing.
Darsh attended law school at the University of Georgia. While attending the University of Georgia, Darsh was a board member for the Intellectual Property Law Journal and a student ambassador for the Dean Rusk International Law Center. She also served as a commercial transactions legal extern at a multinational beverage corporation, a legal extern at a leading provider of medical liability insurance, and a mergers and acquisitions legal extern at a full-service AmLaw 100 firm.
Darsh is from Malaysia and is fluent in Malay.
