Earl Oh focuses his practice on commercial real estate and related corporate and finance matters. He has experience advising clients in various areas of real estate including acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing.
Prior to joining the firm, Earl was an associate at a commercial real estate law firm based in Chicago, Illinois where he advised financial institutions and developers in the development, negotiation, and financing of real estate transactions with respect to industrial and multifamily properties. Previously, he was an associate at a real estate law firm based in Chicago where a large part of his practice involved representing lenders in all aspects of commercial mortgage transactions. Earl also worked as an Associate Underwriting Counsel in the Chicago office of a financial services company, which provides title insurance and settlement services to the real estate and mortgage industries, where he underwrote and helped close complex transactions across the country.
While attending law school, Earl served as a judicial intern in the Illinois Appellate Court, First District and a legal intern in the District Attorney's Office.
Earl is proficient in Korean.
