David Polyakov’s practice is dedicated to litigation in complex, class action, and consumer lawsuits.
Prior to joining the firm, David was an associate in the Class Action and Appellate Practice Group at a national law firm in its San Francisco, California office where he focused on product liability, consumer services, commercial transactions, and class actions in all phases of high-stakes litigation.
While attending law school, David was a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert N. Kwan in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. This externship trained him in federal court proceedings and advanced his skills in research and writing which have been invaluable in his appeals courts work.
While attending Northwestern University, David was Student Manager of its Men’s Basketball Team.
Experience
*Served as lead associate for product liability litigations alleging defective products and Song-Beverly Act violations involving advertising and sales of automobiles and consumer products.
*Successfully represented Honduran pro bono client seeking asylum; developed case strategy establishing abuse and fear of persecution and present client’s case before Immigration Court.
