Overview

Wesley Reed focuses her practice on trademark and copyright law.

While attending Emory University School of Law, Wesley worked with the firm as a summer associate in 2024. She served as an extern at an entertainment and music law firm and was a Legal Fellow for Diversity in Entertainment at a multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate in Atlanta, Georgia. She also served as a competitor and coach for both the Emory Moot Court Society’s Wagner Labor and Employment and the Black Law Student Association Mock Trial Team.

Prior to attending law school, Wesley utilized her Psychology background while working in mental healthcare, where she engaged a population of medically vulnerable patients in their own care and assisted them in working toward better health outcomes.

While attending Hofstra University, Wesley served as a research assistant in its Psychology Department and conducted independent research on implicit bias within the criminal justice system. She also worked as a copyeditor for a nonprofit organization and a social media manager at a boutique family and matrimonial law firm in Manhattan, New York.

Wesley is conversant in Spanish and Italian.
