Allison Reid (née Pearl) focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters. She has been involved in commercial litigation, securities class actions, arbitrations, internal investigations, and regulatory inquiries, among other kinds of matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Allison was an associate at a transatlantic law firm in its Winston-Salem, North Carolina office where she concentrated her practice on commercial and business disputes. Previously, she was a summer associate and then a litigation associate in the New York City office of an international law firm.
While attending law school, Allison served as an extern for the Honorable Gregory H. Woods in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and an intern in the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. She was Assistant Articles Editor for the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems and a Semifinalist in the 2019 Harlan Fiske Stone Moot Court Competition.
