Overview

Megan Saia is a registered patent attorney who focuses her practice on patent prosecution and counseling in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology fields.

Prior to joining the firm, Megan worked in an immunotherapy research lab at the University of Florida. There, she developed CAR-T cell therapies and mRNA-based vaccines for glioblastoma multiforme brain tumors. Megan also served as a law clerk at the United States International Trade Commission in Washington, D.C., where she focused on cross-border patent infringement disputes.

Megan graduated in the top 5% of her class from University of Florida Levin College of Law. There, she was a member of the Florida Law Review and earned CALI awards in Patent Law, Trademark Law, Media Law, and Social Justice Lawyering.

Megan is conversant in Italian.
