Richard Simental joined Kilpatrick in 2024 and currently serves as the firm’s Director of Information Technology Support Services. He is primarily responsible for the management of the firm’s user support teams including the service desk, desktop support, and technology training to ensure they provide timely and effective IT support to internal users. Richard develops and implements policies, procedures, and standards for IT support services and monitors and evaluates performance and compliance. In addition, he is responsible for the design and delivery of technology training programs for end users and promotes the adoption and effective use of IT tools and resources. Richard collaborates with other IT leaders and stakeholders to align IT support services with the firm’s strategic goals and priorities.
Richard is a seasoned IT professional with 34 years of experience working in the legal industry, most recently as Senior Manager of Support Services in the Los Angeles, California headquarters of a prominent global law firm.
