Jamie Sipp represents lenders and financial institutions in acquisition finance transactions, including sponsor-backed and middle-market credit facilities; assists in drafting credit agreements, amendments, and ancillary loan documents for leveraged and add-on acquisition financings; conducts borrower and collateral diligence; and manages closing execution, including coordinating deliverables, signature pages, and funding mechanics.
Prior to joining the firm, Jamie was an associate in the Finance Group of an international law firm in its New York City office. Previously, he worked as a law clerk at prominent national law firm in its New York City headquarters.
While attending law school, Jamie served as a legal extern at a global logistics and package delivery company in Atlanta, Georgia. He was a summer associate in the Birmingham, Alabama office of a full-service corporate law firm. Jamie also served as a legal intern for a prominent home improvement retailer in its Atlanta, Georgia headquarters.
