Caitlin Suarez is a member of the firm’s commercial finance team. She focuses on a diverse array of financing transactions, assisting clients on a broad spectrum of deals including syndicated lending transactions, leveraged acquisitions, and mezzanine/second lien structured lending.
While attending Emory University School of Law, Caitlin was a member of the Corporate and Business Law Society and Georgia Association for Women Lawyers. She served as a Federal Hearings Extern at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Atlanta, Georgia and Dallas, Texas where she drafted judicial decisions and orders. Caitlin was summer associate in the General Corporate group of an international law firm in its Orlando, Florida office where she focused her practice on mergers and acquisitions.
