Benjamin Woessner focuses his practice on investment management.
While attending Wake Forest University School of Law, Benjamin worked with the firm as a summer associate in 2023 where he worked on projects involving corporate, finance, and securities law. He also served as a legal intern in the Rowan County District Attorney's Office in Salisbury, North Carolina. Benjamin was an editorial staff member for the Wake Forest Law Review and a research assistant.
While attending the College of William and Mary, Benjamin was an Honors Research Fellow and studied abroad at the University of St. Andrews in St. Andrews, Scotland during his junior year.
