Insights: News Kilpatrick's Native American Affairs Team Grows in Phoenix
PHOENIX (February 23) – Kilpatrick announced today the addition of Alexander Mallory (Hakikóx Walu Piga—“makes his way”) to the Phoenix office as an associate on the firm’s Native American Affairs Team.
Mr. Mallory is a member of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. Prior to joining Kilpatrick, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Diane J. Humetewa of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, where he assisted with various civil and criminal matters, including those taken by designation in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Mallory also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Paul Nihoul at the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg, Luxembourg.

Mr. Mallory earned his J.D., Highest Pro Bono Distinction, from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona State University, and received his B.A. in Political Science and History at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. The National Center for American Indian Economic Development recognized Mr. Mallory with its “40 Under 40” Award in 2023.
