Henry Tharpe focuses his practice on assisting clients with complex commercial agreements, including technology, data privacy, cybersecurity, and intellectual property matters. He supports drafting and negotiation of software, cloud, outsourcing, and other commercial transactions across diverse industries. Henry has experience with various technology-related transactions, including sourcing transactions, cloud and digital transformations, “as-a service” agreements (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), technology, and Artificial Intelligence.
While attending Emory University School of Law, Henry worked with the firm as a summer associate in 2023 in its intellectual property, litigation, and corporate, finance, and real estate practice groups. He also worked as a summer associate in 2022 at a full-service law firm based in Atlanta, Georgia where he assisted partners and associates in complex plaintiff litigation matters. Henry was Articles Editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal.
